I was just there 30 minutes ago, 8:30 pm. 11-10-22 I was picking up a delivery order. After I had to call out to the kitchen, a... young man came to the register and took a customer order, and I told him who I was picking up for. He walked away. The customer& I talked for the 10+ minutes it took to get her order. I was still waiting to pick up the order after the time it was supposedto be delivered. Asked how much longer it would be. He said maybe 10 minutes. A few minutes later I hear the manager say "Lobbycan wait. Focus on the drive thru". They ignored me from that point on. I called the customer and told him they didn't evenacknowledge me anymore and weren't making his order. So, he cancelled and I made $4 for spending over 20 minutes at the worst,understaffed, unprofessional, mismanaged Taco Bell in Bartlett. Read more
Don't go here unless you want to be trapped in their drive through for half an hour. There's no way to leave the drive through... lane once you're in it and this is the most absurdly slow taco bell I have ever been to. The employees are also lazy, rude, andclearly couldn't care less Read more
I just sat in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes before anyone addressed me at the intercom at 9:55 p.m.. And when they finally... did say something, it was to inform me that they could no longer take my order, as she laughed. Horrible place to work for. Don't know how you get fired on your day off. ???? I had a family emergency so I called in on that... Thursday ( these people been lied to so much they don't believe anything you tell them). The next day which was a Friday theyput me in the system as Job abandonment. How??when I'm not even on the schedule for Friday and Saturday. Manager really don'tknow how to manage they drink and employees come to work drunk. You got people stilling out safe but still have a job, then youhave some workers that's literally stilling out the safe and they still have a job. Smh. Don't let these jobs stop y'all fromspeaking y'all truth. The want to talk about following policy but how is the possible when they allow the people to come back tothe store. This taco bell closes early before scheduled time. Has employees who do not pay attention to what you order . You get what you... get . Staff are usually nice but it is ran horribly. I went to Taco Bell on a Saturday night at 5:30. I ordered an enchirito through the drive through. The worker said they didn?t... have those, so I placed an order for abeam burrito, no onions. I tried to pay with cash. I was told they couldn?t take cashbecause there was no register. I paid with my card. I was then told they didn?t have beans. I asked what I could get for $2 toreplace the $2 I was charged. The worker just kind of stood there and stared at me, so I asked for a free drink. They were outof the drink I requested. The manager walked by and scolded the cashier for allowing me to place my order. She never tried torectify it though. Read more
