This is the only subway I know of that posted a sign on their door saying "we don't take coupons"! And the employees are SUPER... RUDE! Act like they don't need anybody's business, so I won't be back. Plenty of places to eat where people are grateful for mybusiness. Read more

It?s being 2 times and I try giving them a chance but the owner is rude I went in at 8:20 they closed at 9 he was the employee... ask me what I would like the owner rude said no we closed I said you sign said open and it saids 9 is 8:22 he said we closed Ijust went and leave I drove a extra mile it was 8:46 the employees were nice and didn?t tock long hubby had tha happen before Iwill avoid this subway the owner doesn?t know how treat customers Read more

Was greeted when I came in but it seemed so forced. Not a smile in the entire place. Ordered two subs toasted. Neither one... was actually toasted. More like steamed. Turkey tastes weird and that steak teriyaki should be banned. Then they do notaccept coupons. When i asked why, the lady mumbled something about a boss. They have a thick accent and it's hard to understandthem. Safe to say i will not visit this location again or any Subway. Bring Jared back or something.... Read more

I try to always give subway a chance when I'm in the mood for something less fatty. It's one of the few places that has... offerings that aren't always deep fried. However, the service is always kind lacking due to language barriers. The service isslow and it kind of sucks to pay so much for big loaf of bread with processed meat and toppings. This store is horrible. The customer service is the worst. Please learn how to speak English before you get a job. The person... from India with a mask on kept asking me what meat I want on my sandwich. I clearly asked for the new Italian sandwich. Get some employees that can at least understand BASIC HUMAN KNOWLEDGE. The foreign lady that put the condiments on the... sandwiches is completely STUPID. You have to repeat yourself 2-3 times and she still does what she wants to do. Fire herexpeditiously! Read more

I have worked at subway before and this was the worse customer service I have ever seen, being a customer. Normally when I go to... this location in person or on a mobile app they are very considerate and accurate with my food. Today I ordered 2 cookies I hadto tell the employee about my other cookie because she only gave me 1. When I got home to check my food, because this was amobile order, I recieved a sandwich with no meat. I went back to the restaurant and had to get my meal 10 mins later, and whilethe manager was making my sandwich I had to tell her that a subway melt came with bacon. She did apologize and advised me theemployee who prepared my 1st sandwich was new, but that doesn't excuse the waiting on 2 other people while getting my food afterI arrived. I will never go to this location again, and hope that something changes with the customer service. You lost a loyalcustomer, but I hope you all gain experience. Read more
