I have done numerous orders via curbside and via delivery. The past year of deliveries I have had items missing. Each time no... one has helped me. This last time I was missing my child?s meal along with items of my meal. I spoke to the to-go area thatevening (Thursday) and he took my name down and said he would get it fixed and call me back. I never heard back and called thenext day I called again and spoke to a manager at 3:45 in the afternoon. She said they were really busy and she would take careof it and call me back. Service so slow and horrible , food was terrible. No rolls , crackers , pasta, spinach dip, no fish at all, no fried shrimp. ... Bread was toasted so hard on a kids hamburger that she couldn?t bite through it. Also the A1 sauce too was so nasty a napkin wasused to open bottle. Why is this location still open? Read more

This used to be my favorite restaurant but they've gone way downhill. I keep giving them a try hoping maybe management is the... issue but I don't know anymore. Received my to go order cold. Broccoli still in the microwave bag and unseasoned, cornunseasoned and these items are supposed to be. Side of fries was sad, maybe 7 fries and pieces mostly. No butter for the rollsand rolls were kind of hard. Ordered an 8 oz sauce received a small ramekin. Probably never eating here again unless I'm justreally craving their chicken. Very sad seeing a restaurant once so good get so bad. McDonald's has better quality if that saysanything. Also I don't know if it is just the Bartlett location that's this bad, maybe I need to try another location before Irule this chain out entirely. Read more

They definitely were short on staff as we had to wait for a table despite there being many open tables. Our server did an... outstanding job though as our foid was brought promptly. The tater tots were good, nice and crispy on the outside, but myburger was undercooked. I had asked for a bacon cheddar burger, but was not told until it was brought out that they were out ofbacon. Took 15 mins to get seated. No hostess. Just workers walking around looking at me. Finally a manager walks in and past us and... tells one of them to seat us. The worker literally turned around and walked off. 5 mins later a different person comes and sitsus. Food took 30 mins not to bad but my steak was the flattest over cooked peice of steak I ever Seen. I wanted a medium wellsteak they came back with a medium rare. Didn?t eat it. Salad was bad. Croutons were stale and Looked like the bottom of the bagdue to the amount of crumbs. Hard to find a simple, small lunch, and I know this restaurant serves great meals. A fantastic waitress took my request, though... I had not found it listed. We all had a great meal.... AND...the finishing touch of that meal was that great sense of humoredwaitress brought me one of the children's coloring pages...because my small meal came from the children's menu. ???????? Please do not waste your money at this place! Horrible food and service! There were several servers but not a lot of customers... so it should have been easy. Order was taken wrong. They brought out our appetizers after the food. The food was bland or justnasty! These cannot be famous chicken tenders! This place should be closed down immediately. Read more
