Literally stuck in line for 40 minutes then they took 4 cars from one lane while the rest of us that have been stuck in line for... the whole time just had to watch them go by. They were busy but somehow our food was not hot. The fries were barely warm. We also had a total of 22 nuggets between... everybody's order and we didn't get any sauce. I had to send my kid in to get the sauce. There were zero napkins in the bageither and the Sprite tasted flat. Read more
Went through the drive thru. All Employees I interacted with were super nice and friendly. Only issue I had was they told me my... burger and fries were both being cooked and could I pull up. No problem. When they brought my food out less than 3 minutes laterthe burger nor the fries were even hot. ??????? Read more
It's McDonald's. They try hard and do their best but like I said, it's McDonald's. I recommend at this particular one in... millington, do not come by right after lunch and right after dinner. Try to hit it before lunch and dinner and you'll get veryfresh food. If you get caught in the rush you'll be waiting a while. And what awesome recommend that you do not eat late atnight, because the food is usually dry not properly prepared and generally it's kind of nasty. Other than that if you needsomething quick to eat, if there's another option I would take it but if not you can eat here and everything will be fine. Read more

Was able to get through my whole job interview on the phone while waiting in the drive thru line, five-ish minutes after the... call, I finally got to the order kiosk, half an hour later, I finally got to the window. Guess what? Was told I had to pull overto the order pickup parking. Another half hour later, I was brought my food, which was good thankfully. But, I could?ve donesomething productive with my life rather than wait for the planets to align to finally get my order. Did I also mention therewere only like 2 cars ahead of me? Plenty of people were working inside?. This isn?t just a today thing either, they make youwait a millennium just for fries, all the time. They were nice though I?ll give them that. Read more
Definitely one of the better McDonald's in the area, and they are open 24 hours which is great. . . My one issue is that they... need to pay attention to little requests such as light or extra ice, requests for condiments, etc. . . Its almost like itdoesn't matter what you request at the order spot because in order to get it, you'll need to ask for it specifically as theyhand you the food. Read more
Expect to have a long wait when you come to this McDonald?s and cold food. I told them my order in the drive thru just to be... told to pull over into a parking spot and sit for 15 minutes waiting on 1 apple pie. They brought out my food and told me itwould be a wait for an apple pie.. for one don?t you all pay attention to when the pies are getting low??? I waited for 20minutes in the parking lot and decided to go in just to be ignored by everybody working back there.. they don?t move with anytype of haste they don?t care how long you?ve been waiting. They?ll walk past people standing at the cash register to place anorder and won?t tell you they?ll be with you in a moment or anything. It?s sad and they mostly always get orders wrong. Themanager was nice enough to give me 2 apple pies but the wait I had to go through was unacceptable. This McDonald?s doesn?t haveto worry about me no more and it?s sad because it?s the most convenient location to stop at in Bartlett.
