I have been ordering take out from Los Cabos every week for a long time now and let me say... the quality of the food, the... portion sizes, and price for what you get is very good. I would love to dine-in here for lunch or dinner especially for themargarita specials! you can't beat it. It did suck when the prices went up and I've brought it up to the owner in the past andhe was kind in explaining the reason, but the food is definitely worth it! Read more

When we ordered, the food was one price on the menu and when we paid, the price was higher on the receipt. When I brought it up... to the manager and he said the prices are actually higher than the prices in the menu. When I asked for him to change the billto match the price is in the menu, he rudely replied, ?NOPE!?I will never go back. Plus the food at Mezcal is better anyways. Read more

This recent experience with Los Cabos was horrific, and it will officially be my last time ever stepping foot in their building.... After being seated, we were greeted with an unfriendly waitress who was not nice or personable in any way. We ordered our food.I ordered a Lunch 2 special, which consists of a burrito and a order of rice and beans. My burrito looked absolutely disgusting.I ordered queso dip on top of my burrito. It was not melted at all. Instead, it was thick and looked like it had been sittingout for weeks. I asked the waitress if she could remake the burrito so that it would actually be edible. She took the plate tothe back and came back shortly with the same exact thing on the plate. They did not attempt to remake it or anything. I told thewaitress I did not like the food and that it did not look like something I wanted to pay for or eat, and I asked if it would bepossible for me to get something else. She went to ask the manager and came back to tell me that I could not order anything elseeven though I was going to pay for it. The manager said if i wanted to be able to order something else i would have to pay forthe food I didn?t eat as well as whatever else I order. They had horrible customer service and terrible attitudes. They seemedto be racist as well by the way they acted towards me. This is not a place you want to go to. The food is not even that good,and the staff is filled with people with sour faces and bad attitudes. If you don?t like the food you are going to pay for, youwill not be able to order anything else, so you will have to go somewhere else or starve. These are not good people. There aremuch better options in Bartlett, TN to get good, authentic mexican food with great customer service. This is not the placeunless you want to get disrespected. I've never had a bad server, even when they're busy, the servers are so nice! The patio is fabulous, the food portions are... generous and so yummy! This is my family's favorite place to go for a laid-back patio and good food at a reasonable price. Read more

This place is a relaxed dining experience. Nicely lit and clean. Staff greeted us as soon as we arrived and we were quickly... seated. Our server was took our drink/appetizer order shortly after we were seated. Our food was hot and tasty. I wouldrecommend you watch the plates if you bring little ones because they are hot. Came in for our weekly dinner?. For the last time. Quality has been going down. Evident by the help wanted sign. Food that... I usually get.. tasted sour. Brought it up to Mgr and server?. Was told it?s supposed to be sour. I didn?t eat it for fearof food poisoning. Food is was left on my bill.. with a simple.. sorry sir. There are too many Mexican restaurants to worryabout it. Great dinner here tonight. Another excellent choice for Mexican food in the Bartlet area. Restaurant is huge on the inside plus... they have outdoor patio seating. The food is great in the portion sizes are huge. Not a big fan of their salsa but everythingelse was great. I would Definitely recommend and I will be back soon myself. Read more
