I waited almost 15min. To get to the order speaker, then ordered 2 meals and when I pulled to the window I was asked to pull... forward which I did. 4 songs later my order still wasn't out so I went inside. I asked nicely for just my wife's order and torefund mine as I just left an event where I was in my service dress blues with all my awards from the three wars I served in.The manager, he wouldn't give me his name, said, " I don't have time for your complaints, get the hell out of my store." I nevercussed or raised my voice and I was treated like trash. If you support veterans, please find another store to go to as thisstore clearly doesn't care about veterans. My family went for lunch here after church Sunday and put in a very simple order for 4 famous bowl meals. This comes with a... drink, so we told the cashier we wanted 2 root beer, 1 Pepsi, 1 Dr pepper. They rang it up as 2 root beer and 2 Pepsi, thenwhen we got it they gave us 2 Pepsi and 2 Dr pepper. I like KFC, and their famous bowl, but this time they didn't fill it veryfull (just over half), and the chicken in the bowl seemed like it had sat in the warmer too long. The chicken was dry and notvery tasty, the potatoes were fine, there was almost no cheese and it looked like they had just thrown cold cheese on thereseconds before rather than letting it melt on. I had an amazing experience today at this KFC location. Went to the drive thru for a quick lunch break. I had one of the... friendliest encounters with the gentlemen at the window with the pretty eyes! My receipt says Christopher. Drive-through only now. Half the time they don't have Original Recipe. The lady working the drive-through now is FANTASTIC. She... is polite and helpful everytime we visit. I cannot post enough nice things about this woman. If you are older and can't see themenu, just tell her and she will help. I often read from a list on my phone because I don't eat chicken (pick-up for family). Myneighbors and family have even commented about how great the current lady is at her job. The drive-through lady prior to thislady was a nightmare. One star deducted because we often have to leave without food because they are out of Original. Read more

Went through the drive thru and Denise was just amazing. The best customer service I've had in quite awhile. I want expecting... it. She made my night with her positivity. You need to keep her at all cost. It is not easy to get customer service people likeher. Read more
The food we actually got was good but that was it. The customer service was one of the worst I have ever experienced. We ordered... extra biscuits because my son only eats biscuits and when we got all the way home we realized that we didn't get any biscuits.My wife called the store and they informed her she could come and get them. Since we just drove all the way home we asked if wecould just come in tomorrow and get some or a refund so we could eat our meal tonight still warm. She said come now and we askedagain and then she just rudely said we don't do refunds and hung up the phone on my wife. We will not be returning if this isthe kind of management this restaurant has!
