They made a Peppa Pig birthday cake and the cutest pig cupcakes for my 3 year old granddaughter's birthday. Both were triple... vanilla and very tasty. The ladies in the shop were almost as sweet as our treats. Very friendly and personable. The onlynegative is that the shop is so far from my southeast Memphis home. Read more

Jaybear is Bartlett?s best kept secret! I placed 2 orders for the same week - cake pops for my daughter?s birthday and a cake... for my son?s First Communion. Both turned out perfect and DELICIOUS!! They were exactly what I was picturing (even though Ididn?t give a lot of detail lol). The staff were super friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, and my orders wereready right on time. The workmanship was beautiful, and did I mention delicious? Jaybear Bake Shop did a spectacular job for my 23rd birthday cake. It was designed beautifully and they even gave my mother and... me a hand written card thanking her and wishing me a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful And special thing. My mother alsogot me a vegan cupcake and it was actually just as good (if not better) as their non vegan items. They are AMAZING! I had to order a last minute, literary the next day custom cake (DON'T DO THAT, IT WAS QUITE RUDE) and they... did it and everyone thought it was beautiful and tasted amazing. I was out of the country and had to communicate by email andthey delivered on what I wanted. Will definitely use them in the future. ( and order at least 2 weeks in advance of course) Read more
