Number 3 chicken sammiches out of all the fast food places to me.
Usually the food here is great..... but this last time I went ( at 11:30am ) the meat was EXTREMELY DRY as if it was re-warmed... in a microwave, and the curly fries were really chewy and dry. I hope this was a one time experience because I really likeArby's. The staff has always been great so they deserve a cudos. Giving the food 3 stars at this time. If I decide to go backand the food is on point, I'll change my review. Read more
Ordered take out. Received food EVERYTHING was OLD-We ordered kids meals chicken tenders and fries. We ended up throwing it all... away. I would recommend going somewhere else where your money is appreciated! Read more
I was at the location in Bartlett. I ordered the beef gyro and it was oh - so good!! But best part was the gentleman who took my... order. He told me my order was going to take a few minutes because he was dropping fresh fries so they were good and hot! Nowyou all know that fries are a sensitive subject for me. The website says inside dining is open for this location. I tried to go inside at 11:15am and the door was locked. There were no... signs indicating why the inside was closed. The drive- thru was open and running. Would have been nice to know before I droveoff the express way with the intention of dining in. Saw several other customers try to enter as well and leave disappointed. Read more
I had the crispy fish sandwich. It was actually crispy and hot. My wife had the turkey sliders and we shared some chicken... nuggets. Both were delicious. Taking the orders in the drive through was a little slow but still acceptable. Most importantly,the order was filled correctly! We will be returning. Read more
Not a very good experience at this Arby's. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch meal with their new crinkle fries and a Brisket... sandwich meal with curly fries. It took forever and the women working the window seemed put out by me ordering food there. Gotthe food and drove off THEN stuck my hand in the bag for some fries on my way home. I grabbed hard, cold curly fries. Grabbedsome of the crinkle fries and not as cold and hard as the curly ones but still...cold and hard. I turned around and pulled up tothe window and politely asked for fresh, hot fries. With a slight attitude she said ok and got the fries. It was only 1 orderand I had to knock on the window and ask for the 2nd order. They were great fries of course because they were fresh. I get homeand my sandwich is really a sad sight. No bacon on my Turkey BACON Ranch sandwich and barely anything else. And the edges of thebread was too hard to eat. I ate what I could and was glad I had at least had good fries. Online order confirmed at window, no onion on burger,waited 10 more n. At window only to recieve burger with onions. Called... multiple times,no answer at all. Called customer service and was told to take it back or eat it. Read more
