Sad day, went for my usual chipotle benedict and did not find it on the menu. Server asked chef, and they said that they would... still be able to make it. Still good, but the cost was 3 bucks more. So, what started as a small menu is even smaller with theremoval of the benedict ?????? Read more

Man. I?ve ordered the breakfast quesadilla several times and it was always delicious. I ordered it today and it?s straight... garbage. First, the avocados were hidden inside the food, not on top. Probably because they?re BAD. Second, I asked for turkeybacon or to call me if they didn?t have it. They didn?t call and they gave me dry, flavorless chicken breast instead. No sourcream, I had to use my own. And I had to cut my own avocado because this is utterly flavorless and I feel bad wasting a $13meal. I guess Flappy?s is getting added to the do not order from list. Unless they let me know they fixed the kitchen. I orderedmy kiddo the strawberry crepes and the crepes are too thick. Good, solid breakfast spot. My girl had the 2 eggs with sausage, hashbrowns, and pancakes for about ten bucks. I had the... chicken and waffles. It wasnt bad at all, but the chicken is a patty inside to big waffles. I've had better. Coffee was tasty.Service was good. Read more

Chicken and waffles The menu says crispy chicken tenderloins and I received reheated chicken (processed rib meat) patty thats... was cut in half, absolutely disgusting. Waffle appeared to have been frozen then popped into a toaster. Horribly disappointed. After 1 bite, politely complained to the waitress who spoke to the manager who offered to remove the meal from our bill but wastoo busy to come to the table. Our waitress dropped the bill off at the table and never explained that they removed my meal fromour bill but added $2.45 because nothing was wrong with the hash brown and eggs, the only thing wrong was the chicken andwaffles.
