Went to go get ice-cream today at 8:20 pm and the girl there wasn?t interested in serving us. No hi, hello or any greetings.... Husband I got three different flavor cups of ice-cream to go and after check out she just walked away to be on her phone. Didn?tgive us a bag to carry. I had to ask for a bag and she just hand me the bag and went back to check her phone. Guess teenagerjust being a teenager but can use some training. Read more

The man working was frustrated we came to get ice cream at 10:15. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He filled my cone... only half way. The two hot fudge sundaes as well. He was mean, like trying to make us feel guilty for ordering ice cream becausehe was working alone. My total came to $20.00 for what I ordered and I was jipped. So my door dash delivers from this location. And I order at least once a week. Now every single time I order they always mess it... up. They always mess up one of the flavors, and absolutely never give me my toppings. I handle it with Doordash but every time Itry to call to ask them what happened and why they don't read my order right they refuse to answer the phone. They need newstaff. Because apparently the ones they have on the night crew are incompetent. Read more

I just came back from this baskin robbins and I am extremely displeased and angry about the customer service there. An old man... was taking my order and I ad asked for two scoops with Oreo toppings since I hadn?t known that toppings are only for sundaes. Hetells me this and I say never mind about the Oreos then. He goes to give me two scoops of my selected flavor and I ask again toclarify that it?s not possible to have Oreos as toppings. He looks at me with disdain an says ?why do you keep changing yourmind about the order? You?re supposed to think about what you want before you order?. I respond by shaking my hands and my headand say that I don?t want Oreos then and to just have the two scoops. He proceeds to DUMP OUT THE SCOOPS, and use a smallscooper to give me two small scoops an Oreos on top. During the entirety of this encounter, never does he smile nor does he sayanything nicely. He was extremely rude and I am very VERY unhappy with this entire thing. I can?t belive that someone could hiresomeone else who treats customers so meanly. I shouldn?t have paid for such unpleasant treatment, but I am not one who can standup for myself. I ended up having HALF as much ice cream as I would?ve if I had gotten the two scoops and had still paid the sameamount. Never going back to that place. Quite possibly never going to another baskin Robbins because if they allow people ofthis nature to serve customers, I can?t imagine what other things they allow. Read more
Came here late at night, no other customers, for two ice creams. Ordered my first item, then the clerk cut me off and told me to... pull up. Then I went to the window and tried to order my second item, an ice cream without chocolate, and he said the didn'thave that flavor. I named several others and again, they didn't have them. I asked him to tell me which flavors they did havewithout chocolate and he said only strawberry and vanilla. I asked him to please check and he said he was sure the rest hadchocolate.
