Went to go get ice-cream today at 8:20 pm and the girl there wasn?t interested in serving us. No hi, hello or any greetings.... Husband I got three different flavor cups of ice-cream to go and after check out she just walked away to be on her phone. Didn?tgive us a bag to carry. The man working was frustrated we came to get ice cream at 10:15. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He filled my cone... only half way. The two hot fudge sundaes as well. He was mean, like trying to make us feel guilty for ordering ice cream becausehe was working alone. My total came to $20.00 for what I ordered and I was jipped. So my door dash delivers from this location. And I order at least once a week. Now every single time I order they always mess it... up. They always mess up one of the flavors, and absolutely never give me my toppings. I handle it with Doordash but every time Itry to call to ask them what happened and why they don't read my order right they refuse to answer the phone. They need newstaff. Because apparently the ones they have on the night crew are incompetent. Read more
