The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the employees that I have always dealt with are polite and professional... the... food is hit and miss. Sometimes it's pretty good others not so much. But these new papa bowls, I hope you're not too hungry.They're basically the toppings off of maybe 3 pieces of pizza. Definitely will not order this again. Wings had a serious lack of sauce. And the popper rolls are just rolled up bread sticks with a dab of cream cheese and a piece... of jalapeño. All I tasted was bread. Disappointed. Papa John's in bartlesville used to be my favorite pizza. Not anymore! Last 2 times I purchased pizzas they have been terrible!... Crust tastes old and reminds me of cardboard. Ingredients don't taste fresh anymore. I wonder if it's new management. I won't beback. I do not suggest this place. Read more
I wish I had looked at the reviews before I wasted my money here. I have it 2 stars because of the friendly service. The food... was poorly made. I ordered a single topped large stuffed crust and 8 count wings. The wings were not thoroughly cooked and thesauce was drizzled on. The pizza was dry and hardly any sauce on it. I ordered 3 extra garlic cups (which I paid for) and thatwas absent from the order. I shall NEVER buy from this establishment again. Read more
I ordered 5 heart shaped pizzas for my staff at lunchtime. All went smoothly until I opened the boxes and discussed 3 of them... were on the verge of being burned. Definitely way too brown or well done. I called the store to let them know expecting a bit ofempathy but none given. I have never ordered from them before and liked the novelty of the heart shape but will be hard pressedto order from them again. Read more
