My first time and I'm happy. Extremely friendly to Vets on Veteran's Day. Staff is great! Food was delicious but could have used... a little more seasoning. The food was pretty goodand the amount of food was wonderful to take home for leftovers. The staffing was short-handed; it took... a while to get a to go box and our check. It was a nice, quiet place to have a relaxing meal. I recommended this place after notgoing for a couple of years. They have wonderful salsa and queso too! Read more

The manager was the rudest person I have ever met in coustomer service. I have been to Monterey's all over the South. The... service in Bartlesville was the worst I have ever encountered. As the manager. A lady who seemed like a typical oklahoma tweekerbut I sited she was the "Manager"avoided everyone waiting to be seated at the door. When I had enough of being ignored. Weexchanged a few words. It wasn't friendly. Right after me. She went off on a door dash personl that had been waiting on anorder, as long as I had been there. Which she tells. "She hasn't had time to take care of Door Dash. No order to be had. We'll,not only does she run walk in coustomers off. She doesn't have time for Door Dash money either. Will not eat here again... this place needs some serious work. We went as soon as they opened for lunch, so being too busy to... clean isn't an excuse. The floor and walls are nasty. Covered in sticky food and grime. Decorations need serious attention.Yuck. The "queso" is just velveta style can-o-cheese loaded with onions and celery. Nasty. I ordered the steak fajitas and wassorely disappointed. I'm not sure what kind of meat they made it from, but it wasn't steak. The meat was mushy yet rubbery atthe same time. This was our first time trying this restaurant, the most disappointing experience. I ordered a #1. The only thing right was the... taco, I did not receive a tostada (just a round tortilla) the enchilada was just a tortilla rolled up with sauce on it no beef.My husband ordered a cheese enchilada and the cheese was hard on the inside, It was not edible. This was a waste of money,should've have put our $30 into the to-go cocktails they we're serving. Most disappointing restaurant, I do not recommend it toanyone. Read more
