Had dinner here tonight with a friend. The food was good. We both had the filet steaks 8oz. and they where cooked to order... correctly, tender and juicy. Ambiance was a little left to be desired as the place is a little run down with minimum staff. Not sure why this place fell out of popularity. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Extremely expensive with lots of weird charges. $80 for 2 very basic meals didn't even get part of... it and part of it was wrong. Never going again. Half of the staff looked disgusting and was in nasty home clothes. There was 1super nice waitress. Don't waste your money here. Read more
I was shocked by how dirty the place was. They weren't busy at all so that can't be an excuse. The ribs were over cooked, the... salmon had way too much salt, too much dressing on the salads, and the kids wouldn't eat the Mac and cheese. The apples weregood but too sweet. Read more
Definitely BETTER and Food was GREAT! I've been here before and it wasn't the best but I decided to stop in again to see if it... got any better (because back in the day this spot used to be full up!) we got here late on a Saturday and was surprised to findhardly no one here! However, this place did not disappoint! Our waitress was attentive and sweet. The food was superb and Iwould say close, comparable to Texas Roadhouse. I ordered a garden salad that was cold and so fresh. It was amazing with theitalian dressing. The complementary rolls are not as fluffy as Texas Roadhouse but they are good nevertheless. The steakflavoring tasted exactly like that of Texas Roadhouse (it was juicy and cooked perfectly) so it gets the highest marks. Thebaked potato was very good and fluffy and cooked all the way through. Overall I was so surprised on how much better it was thanlast time and if I lived here I would eat here all the time! The food is absolutely amazing, it?s the service that is completely TRASH. We?ve eaten here a handful of times and the service... continues to get worse. It takes an hour++ to get your food for two people. If you?re not in a hurry and can be patient toorder, only see your server on occasion than I recommend. Read more
Exceeded expectations. Food came quick, hot, and cooked to order. Their "small" beer really is small, so don't order it... expecting 16 oz. Their steak was great but tasted a little char, which was probably due to their cooking surface needing a goodcleaning. Their AC was set a bit cold. But the bussers and wait staff is friendly and respectful. Overall more than what I wasexpecting and left with a full belly and happy family. Read more
This was the best chop steak I have ever had in my lifetime I've been to several restaurants in Dallas and fort Worth Houston... We were shopping on Black Friday and came in a little after the lunch rush. They seated us near the bar, which was great, very... few people in the area, so conversation wasn't a struggle. Our waiter, you could tell, had his hands full, but he kept comingback checking on us. The kitchen made a mistake on my wives' meal, but it was in our favor, so the waiter didn't charge us forit. The only thing I'll say to the management have someone on staff cleaning tables.
