The store is breath of fresh air as they say. The wait staff are very professional and courteous. This is a great restaurant for... a quick bite to eat or to have a date night. The new building has been very clean each time we have visited since the newlocation opened. Read more

I only went here to get a Unsweetened Ice Tea because everyone knows they have the best. Anyway we ended up having to eat this... horrid food. Unfortunately, I was with my friend Frank Hudgah guy is a real sandwich freak. He ordered some floral girlylooking bread with flowers and little twigs hanging out not that this kind of thing bothers me, but he also got a potato withcheese. He did not eat the skin so I cannot rate that. His food looked terrible. I ordered what sounded good but failed to readthe description the Jalapeno Turkey Crunch on any other day I would have gone with my go to Ruben. This sandwich features noneother than JALAPENO POTATO CHIPS on it for the crunch. What a terrible sandwich. The Tea was great.. when at McAlister's. Onlyorder the tea. Read more

The food is typical of a deli in Oklahoma. I am from New York City where a deli is short for DELIght! The food at this deli is... premanufactured. If you want a sandwich with no cheese, you get it with cheese because the staff does not have the ability tomake changes. Go to Jersey Mikes for a taste of New York. Read more

Great fresh food and reasonably priced. Kid's menu had a large variety, including a salad option.

Some friends and I stopped in while visiting the area to do some shopping at the Dillards outlet and it was okay. The selection... was what you would expect to find at the Deli, but the service was not great. My friend ordered the blackberry lemonade and theywould not stir it for her and it was tough to do with just a straw. The food quality was okay as well. I got a BLT-A and therewas not much avocado on it and half of the bread was just left empty. The others got potatoes of various sorts and they wereokay as well. Not sure if we would come back if in the area. Read more

Ordered curbside and waited 15 minutes and no one came out. They were not busy at all. I went in and my food was just sitting in... the to-go area. There was a manger standing at the front and an employee just standing at the counter biting her nails. I wasirritated but thought maybe they just missed it. Then I stood at the counter to get my drink and was stared at by the employeefor several minutes before finally being approached. No one said a word to me the entire time, I just told her I needed a teaand then said thank you and still got no response. Thankfully the food was fine but it felt like no one at the front cared. Over the last year, one of our favorite restaurants has slowly become a consistent disappointment. I understand supply chain... issues and the inflated cost of food and supplies that can't always be reflected in the menu prices. However, when a spud maxis no longer even trying to live up to that name (spud meh?), and when the quality of food is so poor that it is completelyinedible, then it's time to consider whether we are simply wasting our time and money patronizing this establishment. Thankfully, we still have options that are also dealing with all the aforementioned issues, yet still manage to deliver aquality product. Tonight, we had a piece of avocado on a salad, which used to be at least half an avocado, but now is just aquarter piece. This, in and of itself, would have been excusable. However, this avocado (which had to be cut, in order to addit to the salad), was so hard, it could not be cut or chewed. There is no way they could not have been aware of what they wereserving. This is unacceptable. I feel bad writing this review, but this was more than what we can continue to take. Also, wehave heard similar problems from our friends. I sincerely hope something will be done to improve things here. Sadly, if theyare, we probably won't know it for some time to come. Read more
