We had the new Mexican Quesopizza. The pizza was good, the salad bar was okay. It was a Friday night and they weren't very... busy. Maybe 6 other tables besides us. They looked to be fully staffed, yet the floor needed to be swept, tables needed to bebussed, and fountain drink machine had empty soda flavors. Went inside to pick up my online order and had to wait an additional 39 minutes for my order to be completed. This was after the... 45 minute time frame I was given when I ordered. While I set at the front waiting for my pizzas to be finished, I watched theguy cutting the pizzas/boxing them, ungloved, touching all over these pizzas. Several times I seen this employee wipe his noseand touch his face. Not once did he stop and go wash his hands or put on a pair of gloves. We have eaten twice at this location in the past month, prior to that we hadn?t been there in probably a year or more. We?ve had... our grand children with us and they like the arcade. The first time we were there I will say they were pretty busy, they werestaffed with what looked like 25 year old and under kids. We were in there almost 2 hours due to the fact that every timeanybody wanted a refill on pizza we had to wait for them to put more on the buffet, and they acted bothered to have to do that. At one point there was a line of people waiting for forks due to there weren?t any clean forks. We chalked it up to they werebusy and having a rough night. We went back this evening, 9/6/22 around 8:30-9:00 with the kids and I don?t think it could getany worse than it was tonight, at least I certainly hope it doesn?t. They were not busy, there were still no clean forks, theyoung girl who waited on us was extremely ill mannered. We ordered four buffets even though the buffet had closed at 8 PM therewas still plenty of pizza out. I stepped off to the restroom and had my significant other deal with this girl waiting on us.When I returned we had two plates and two salad bowls so I asked him where are the kids plates and drinks? He said I don?t knowthis is all she gave me. I have to walk back up to the register and I had 4-5 very young employees all look at me at separatetimes and advance on in towards the kitchen, finally the cheerful young girl came back out and rolled her eyes at me and I saidthese kids need to eat too, she sighed loudly and said I left plates out there then slung two plates at me and walked off as Iwas saying HEY!! I had to stand there another 2 to 3 minutes at least to wait for somebody else, finally a middle-aged womankind of limping towards the counter holding onto her jaw and moaning asked if she could help me and I told her yes can I pleasehave 2 cups and straws for these kids, at least she was helpful. Awful experience food was horrible. I'd stick with just pizza or salad. I ordered a calzone and wings and they didn't include... sauce just left the middle empty wings were way over cooked practically skin and calzone was so dry and gross especially without sauce really disappointed won't be eating there again ill be going to hideaway if we want something different Read more

Worst experience ever. Went at 6:00 on Tuesday night. Yes we went for the buffet. When we arrived there was no pizza on the... buffet and all that was on the salad bar was lettuce and dressing. There were no clean tables so we had to wait for one to becleaned. After speaking with what I assumed was the manager she assured me they would be filling the salad bar right away. In anattempt to get pizza you had to wait in line and hoped there was some left when it was your. After an hour of waiting on thesalad bar we just left. I'm sure this was a result of lack of help. If you can't provide the food you charged your customers forthen maybe you should just close until you have the required help to do so. At no time was anyone offered a refund. We won't beback. Pizza was good, the rest of the visit was less than a one so they got a 2. Obviously the store makes it's money on drive thru... orders. One group of 3 and my wife and I were the only ones to order inside pizzas. The party of 3 was through eating before wegot our medium thin pepperoni. 47 minutes from the time we ordered till the time we got our pie on the table. Had to be at leasta dozen drive thru orders picked up while we were waiting. Plates and silverware were not clean nor were the restrooms.
