It's hard to do this review the food was hot and delicious the service was the absolute worst I've had in 60 some years. We said... in the Drive-Thru waiting to order for about 15 minutes we got to the window and waited another 15 minutes while I was on thephone with a friend the woman in the store open the window and told me if I was going to b**** tell him they needed help. It wasquite embarrassing to the person I was talking to. She tried to offer excuses about being short staffed and being crowdedinside. That doesn't concern me as a customer waiting to spend my money she was completely rude and polite and in actuality Ihate to say it but a total b****. Worst meal I've ever gotten from a long john silvers. Food was old, cold, dry greasy, coleslaw was dry and had brownish tint.... Pepsi was so full of ice 3 drinks and it was gone. Order was all mixed up, didn't get one of side dishes we orders. Cost almost$27.00 and that's what we ended up with. Bull_hit. Sorry long John silvers enough enough. Read more
I went through the drive-thru before noon today. I asked if I could add a piece of fish to the two piece meal. The cashier said... "it comes with two sides and a drink". I said "Okay but I want to know if I can add a piece of fish?" (The answer will determinehow I place my order.) She raised her voice and said very rudely "I don't know. I need your sides before I can go any further sountil then, I can't tell you anything". There's no way she doesn't know a simple answer, but whatever. I told her fries andslaw. She told me the total and I pulled around. When I got to the window she continued to be overly rude. I looked in the boxof food because I was astonished that I was getting such a tiny amount of food that could fit in such a snack sized box for $12.Then she said "It's all there you don't have to count the fries". I said this is supposed to come with a drink, right? (It is).Nope! She just slammed the window. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
