Very shady practices. Prices different of sign and pump and store would not honor correct price. Terrible service.
I've ordered from the Bartlesville OK location on Nowata Rd 3 times now and have had issues twice. First time they said they... were out of 20 Oz of Coca Cola and Casey's Lemonade but still charged me. A physical visit proved that wrong. Second time theysaid they were out of cake pops. Still charged me. Once again a physical visit showed that was a lie. I'm convinced the kitchenstaff just doesn't want to go pull things from around the store or something. To make things worse they refuse to refund themoney and instead forced Casey's points on me.. What food I've received has been good but their customer service is the worst. Read more
This is a convenient store that also has some of the best pizza around, and if you like slushies your in for a treat as well.... Fantastic food from a gas station is not something I would normally say but this place has the best spicy sausage pizza inbartlesville. Read more
Don't be discouraged by the amount of cars or the length of the line, their employees are fast The kitchen items are all great;... if you get fried items, breakfast, pizza, salad or wraps it's all delicious. Prices are great, bathrooms are exceptionallyclean, and I've always been happy visiting any Casey's store. Read more
So as some new to this area of the country, my coworkers insisted Casey?s was a great breakfast pizza and normal pizza place,... and they were right, definitely better than the other chain places in town ,with the exception and of hideaway. Read more
I use an app that gives me cash back on gas, but it relies on matching data from the gas station. This particular Casey's does... not upload their data properly and has lost me money on several occasions. I will choose a different gas station from now on. Read more
