Banger ice cream and food is good enough for a fast food place, probably top five if I had to guess. Great for road trips

I liked Braums much better back in the day when they didn't microwave their hamburgers to reheat the meat that's been sitting... too long. I feel they are deserving of two stars for this, but gave three due to the great ice cream and other items they stillserve excellently. Read more

Nothing super great. Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal and got 5 strips and a tiny little nugget of chicken for the 6th... "piece", I took it to the counter and showed them and they replaced it with an actual sized strip without a problem but Ishouldn't of had to go up there to begin with. It shouldn't have been sent out they way it was..I also ordered the #7 crispy, no mayo. The chicken was half unedible,, so I lost about half of my sandwich. Seemed to be pretty filthy in the dining room, most tables were dirty and sticky. The store was not busy while I was there. Unfortunately, the food quality at every braumsI've been to recently has drastically declined. I ordered a #15 and made it large. I paid $7.39 for essentially almost 1 chicken strip. So ridiculously small pieces.

Friendly young man making sundaes. Ice cream didn't have much flavor. Brownies were really good and fresh.

Ice cream is good and burgers are good. Fries are usually not fresh and the young kids that work there aren't trained to be... friendly and act as if they hate working and it shows. It's not every once in awhile, it's everytime we are there. Maybe themanager isn't friendly to them. Not sure but it definitely needs some work. Read more
