The food is good but the last time I was there they left out part of my order and I was the only customer there.
The Arby's at Tuxedo and HWY 75 is the best one around. It's clean, the staff always has a smile and the food comes quick and is... as tasty as is expected. Last time we were there my wife and I met our third Kyle Miller today though, Kyle Miller was absentbut the young lady working the register was exceptional. We think they both deserve a big raise and free space meat sandwichesfor life! Read more
Order inaccuracies were a huge problem. When ordering they missed about half my order, thank goodness they read it back. Next... they sent me off without 2 out of 6 items so I had to go back into the store to get the desert items and also have a sandwichfixed. The fry box was low on fries anyway but at this point it seemed trivial enough I didn?t even mention it. Finally, aftergetting home the deserts are messes anyway. The turnover appeared to be an unbaked mess that didn?t match at all. For positivesthe sandwiches, once corrected were delicious. My mozzarella sticks were also great. Overall I would avoid this. This Arby's location is the worst I've been to. I've tried it several time because i work really close. If your order is right... it's made poorly, but it most likely won't be right. Want sauce? Forget about it. Like they did. Their sprite is always justsoda water ???? Read more
