Poor customer service !! spent almost $100. Got home and there were items missing from my order and was given the wrong flavor... wings. Called the store and was left on hold. When I showed up to the store with my receipt they claimed that the order was notwrong because it was packed by the manager and would not give me my missing items. When I asked for the managers name she statedshe did not have to disclose. She was rude and did not try to come to a solution. This isn?t the first time they?ve got my orderwrong! Read more

Good food horrible employe the girl who took our order need to learn how to make people feel welcome. Telling people it takes 20... to 25 minutes maybe more to cook wings really it take 10m any longer then that your just lazy. There was only like two people inthe restaurant lol including me. ???????? I?ve been to plenty of wings stops and it never takes more the 10m to get my food andthat?s with a packed restaurant. To top it all off supposedly our ticket didn?t print out in the back and it took then over 40mto give us our order. Read more

We drove 40 minutes for fresh dine in wings and what we got was pre cooked or old wings because they tasted stale. The soda... machine did not work for the carbonation so the only option was flat syrup or teas. Weirdly the bathroom has a code on it thatyou punch numbers into that?s a good thing until I notice while dining in people were just walking into the bathroom one by onein one outfit and coming out in another so I?m pretty sure people are dressing or cleaning themselves up in there and two flysbuzzing around when we ate so overall I have to say the Cajun fries were the ONLY GOOD thing about the trip but I will NEVERreturn ever.
