The atmosphere is not very welcoming. The staff was eating when I got there. Lady came to take my order, never washed her hands... after stuffing her face. Then went back to finish her food. The guy who made the food and served me my order never even made eyecontact with me didn't say a word to me and handed me my bag. Every time I've been there the experience is similar. Wienerschnitzel - it is certainly not what the same restaurant of years ago. But, it is the only consistent hot dog place on... the West Coast. Their specialty meals are way to go. All beef, polish, and others. The ice cream cone is still a favorite.Rootbeer is available as well. Look for coupons in the mail. Read more

I first want to say my review is not on the entire franchise, our food was great the veggie dogs were amazing! My review is... based off of the fact I asked for a senior discount and the Asian lady asked me if I was over 65, first it?s not legal to askyour age in this setting, second seniors are 55+ and she didn?t give me my discount, very disappointing that people judge youoff of your looks and investigate your age at a fast food place. Friendly service and pretty quick. Bathroom was decent too. Good for a fastfood experience and dogs were very yummy too.
