We went to the drive thru around noon. Service was fast & the wait time was short. Our food was hot, fresh & delicious. I got... the 3 pc. chicken tenders & my hubby ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. Kinda pricey though. Over $12 for just the 2 items. Read more
I was for 10 minutes on drive true and one car was on the front of me and after other 3 minutes I get aut of my car and went to... the window this 3 black female and one wite female see ???? me at the window for 2 minutes thy told me is close That wassomething thy should not do to a costumer because I was behind the other car. This was the worst experience ever at a Carl's Jr. and I wasted nearly $60 buying lunch for 4 disappointed people. Cold fries,... old smashed burger with hand and finger prints. The food was obviously made at all different times, and the milkshake was nevermade until we were leaving and had to ask twice. And I was sick the next day with a virus I blame on getting from the teen-agedstaff working there. Read more
Review Edited: Stopped at this location and was appalled by the terrible customer service, food handling practices and... uncleanliness of the restaurant. After waiting 5 mins in the drive through without any cars moving, I went in to place my order.After placing my order, I witnessed 3 orders before me going back to the counter for wrong/incomplete orders. Manger on dutyappeared rude and did not even offer an apology to the customers for all the wrong orders. After 10 mins waiting for my order,I inquired with the manager regarding the ETA for my order. The manager misheard me and thought I said "online order" and becameextremely defensive. I clarified that I was simply asking for an ETA for my in-store order. She abruptly cut me off and advisedthey were working on my order now ( 2 burgers, 1 fry and 1 coke). After waiting 5 more mins, I asked for a refund. The managerstarted arguing with me that they were making my order now, but handed me my purchase amount in cash and walked away withoutwanting to hear anything else from me. I paid by credit card and wanted to have the purchase credited back to my card so I didnot have to pay interest on my purchase unnecessarily. Over the past 2 weeks, I have left 4 messages on Carl's Jr customerservice hotline (no way to speak to a live person) and have filled out the online complaint form. To date, I have not beencontacted by a Carl's Jr representative. Really goes to show how much Carl's Jr values the customer experience. Read more
Overpriced, burgers weren't good at all, they didn't have the sauce on them that they are supposed to come with, food was barely... put together. We were the only ones there so it isn't as though they were busy and rushing through orders either. The onlydecent item was my son's hand breaded chicken strips. Read more
Burger was fantastic, very nice server and only took a couple minutes from ordering to get my food. Pleased with that aspect,... though the line to wait in for ordering was a bit long & could?ve been aided by a second or third cashier, as there was only onetaking orders for all the walk-in customers. Terrible experience. Had to take sandwiches back & ask for refund as they were so badly made. Manager was not going to refund... and justified the poor quality until he realized I was not going away until a refund was given. He was not gracious or honestabout the lack of quality for an expensive sandwich. Read more
