Every time I go to Carl's Jr, it's always a great experience. They provide the best overall service hands down! My friend asked... me if I wanted something from Carl's Jr because he was in the area. He told me they asked him to please hang on because theywere making fresh fries. That is rare that a fast food restaurant does that. Why do they do that? Because they know it's a bigissue. Everyone gets disappointed when they get old, cold, hard fries. The food was horrible. The lady was very nice and had them make us something else but it was horrible. This Carla jr is open 24 hours now which is amazing, the only bad thing is they typically take a while to have your food ready... even when coming through the drive through. They always have you pull around and park to wait for your food and I hate that.Pro-tip, ask them for condiments while at window so you don?t have to go without or get out and ask for condiments when yourealize they aren?t in the bag.
