I am a regular here and love the food and selection on the menu, we come through bi-weekly and are very Happy with the Service.
Great stop off for lunch on way to LAX. Good friendly service, fast and really tasty. Our new No. 1 fast food of choice.
Absolute worst service I have ever experienced at any fast food establishment I went through the drive through and ordered two... meals. I was not asked what size I wanted the meals and was reacted to with outward hostility (as if I was wasting their time)when I asked that one of the orders be increased to the large size after already being spoken to very shortly at the drivethrough board and waiting 12 min at the window without any response. This was today, June 13, 2022, around 4 p.m. or a little after, during a quick stop between Las Vegas and San Francisco....We... ordered the Turkey Ranch and Bacon Wrap (which the girl confirmed they could do), the Classic Roast Beef Cheddar sandwich, theWhite Cheddar Mac and Cheese, a side of curly fries, and a classic lemonade for $24.. When the order came, we got back on theroad, intending to eat before we had to stop for gas in Bakersfield. What we got however, was a sandwich instead of a wrap, nocurly fries, a half-melted Mac & Cheese, and there was so much ice in the drink we only got about three good sips of lemonade. Also, our credit card receipt was left out of the bag. In spite of this, my husband and I thought the food was tasty, Icalled the office on principle, because if you don't acknowledge the error to the employee, it can happen to someoneelse. The first person said, 'I didn't take the order, I'll get her for you." The second person tried to tell me thatanother 'she' must have thought you said something else? I confirmed that when the order was placed we asked for a wrap insteadof the sandwich and she specifically said 'we can do that for you'. When she ran out of excuses, she asked if we could comeback (we were halfway to Bakersfield by then), and I said no but you can send me a credit to my home we can use the next timewe come through. She said, 'can you hold for a bit, I have to push these orders out, but I'll be back". She left mehanging for 14:58 minutes, at which point, someone hung up on me. When I called back, the line was off the hook and remainedthat way. In summary the food was good and we take our share of responsibility for not checking the bag but she dismissed usfrom the window quickly, so we trusted, but if you don't mind being cheated out of your money for items left out of your order,(a classic embezzling technique) and having to deal with less than satisfactory service, then you should go ther Read more
Friendly service. I visited on a busy time and the place had a line. Even still the food was good and the order was correct. ... It has a large inside dining area. I love all the meat options. Of first the roast beef is amazing, but the chicken, turkeyand fish are my second choice. I heard that they slow cook the meats over night.. Can anyone confirm this? The specials arealways a good deal. I thought it was funny that it was freezing cold outside and they had an window sticker advertising icecream. In a moment of forgetfulness ( in my toasty car and 2 jackets on), I was tempted to get one. Read more
Found this gem on the way back from Vegas. I miss Arbys so i just had to stop and get some sandwiches. Even after all this time,... Arbys is still my to place for deli sandwiches. The staff here are friendly and nice The food was quick and delicious. Read more
Great doing point on way to Laughlin. Great food. Miss the potato cakes - please bring them back.
