Afraid to give actual toppings on their subs. On my 6" I got 3 pieces of spinach, 4 green olives, 2 mushy tomatoes, 2 onions and... 2 green peppers. The bread was dense, like it didn't rise while cooking. $40 for 3 subs that looked they were rolled so tight inthe paper they were shriveled up sticks. Terrible - keep driving!! Read more
Where do I begin. Every time we decide to have Subway at this franchise we?re always wondering what?s going to happen this time,... and we live in town so this happens a lot. We always dread when it?s the owners as they cheap out on everything and tend to berude when you ask for just a little more. Bread wasn?t made in time for dinner so there is no bread options left. Employee,owners daughter this time, rude and not listening to what you?re asking. Skimping on ingredients where hardly anything goes onyour sub and if you ask for more you?re met with rudeness and instructions that you?re only allowed the amount they put on.Please I?d like enough lettuce for my whole sub not just half the sub thanks and goes for my sauce too. Ingredients aren?tfilled and you?re given the junk that?s left which is mixed with everything else that fell in there that day. Drink machine ishardly ever working and you?re lucky if it does because I can?t remember the last time it was. They always put up their own notesaying they won?t take your coupons because they don?t want to lose money on your poorly made sub, which I would think goesagainst Subway?s rules but I?ll be checking on that. One napkin in our bag for 3 subs. Most times the reason they close early isbecause certain staff members feel they can leave early if they ?forget? to make enough bread. Can we please learn to take pridein the food we make and understand it makes people want to come back? Or is that too difficult of a concept? Does not operate within posted hours or answer the phone even after hours of calling. Had two bread choices and not all toppings... available. And no drinks. Would not go again. Read more
Aly was a treat. Rude and ignorant. They also had no flat bread, no avacado, no Swiss cheese, no drinks. And no service. Avoid... this location. I feel sorry for the other girl working there who has to work with Aly who is such a delightful person. I?llnever return. Read more
Amazing store , I'm from Ottawa and have been to many subways, I have NEVER seen the quality of the vegetables like they have... here. Everything was nice and full and looked very fresh, and it's 2:30 pm so that's impressive, Aly and Madison were veryhelpful and super nice. I would highly recommend stopping in here for a bite if your in the area ! Read more
Amazing staff who are very patient. Two large walk in orders while we were there. First order was atleast 10 subs and the other... was 15. People please call ahead and give the staff some time to put the orders together or call in additional staff. The twoladies working were amazing!! Read more
Place was swamped with people all at once & Chantel was the only person working behind the counter . She was great ???? ????... ???? . A huge thumbs up to her . Owner of this establishment should be grateful to have her there . Read more
Stood in line waiting with three other people while the employee stood in the lobby talking to his friends. Two of us left.... Employee wasn?t wearing subway shirt or hat. Just a dirty sweater. Pass on this location. Read more
