Food is always exceptional. The deviled eggs were very good! Pork belly on top was like jerky, but tomato jam delicious. ... Wings were juicy, meaty and flavorful. No breading which we prefer. Burger was delicious, onions and bacon added a lot offlavor. Service was great at the bar. We definitely need to come more often. We have eaten here several times. The 1-5 star system doesn't really allow for nuance... BUT! We had the pretzel, the cheese curds, the smoked brisket grilled... cheese and the Beer cheese burger. Since it was our first time at Chuck's, we tasted each other's food. (BTW our server wasfriendly, informative, and great!) I thought everything was great, honestly. I was in heaven and stuffed by the time mysandwich (the grilled cheese) came. But I took as many bites as I could. I thought the beer cheese and honey mustard dips forthe pretzel were so delicious. The beer cheese burger is to die for. Maybe literally. See, I haven't had beer cheese since Iwas a freshman in college and had a stomach of steel. Alcohol, beer cheese, cheese curds, all occupied my stomach at once in thepast with no issue. Not today (I did not have alcohol tonight, thankfully). I should break up with cheese but it's so good, sosometimes I have a fling and run back to my former culinary loves. I regret this choice tonight. I am in incredible pain, withconstant nausea and other unpleasantness I won't detail. I am fervently praying to the dairy gods to see me back to normalbefore my own shift tomorrow (not at Chuck's), because one does not simply call out of a serving shift for dietary indiscretionsthat are my own damn fault. Chuck's, I'd give you a 4.5 if I could, the half-star deficit is because while the food is amazing,I don't know if it's worth this agony again. Great service and food. The menu seems small and unimpressive but the food was great. Smoked wings we got mild buffalo. A good... tang with a hint of smoke. The roast pork with house chips was not only good but filling. The fries are unsalted but seasoned soyou get that potato flavor in every bite. I use to work at the chuck lager in Delaware This location is really nice It's open ( open the windows for real) Outside dining ... My waiter was really good and attentive The rest of the servers was very nice. The food was amazing Fish &. Chips so good,Raviolis was to die for, pretzel was huge, the sliders apps was so freaking good I ordered 3 orders to go. Definitely be back. Read more

Awesome bar. Good selection of beers. They have flights of bourbon! Great menu with normal bar food, but some interesting... specials. The poke tuna nachos for example! Great service as well. The restaurant itself has doors for walls, so the restaurantcan open itself up in nice weather. Read more
