Great staff. Wonderful ownership who cares about the regulars. Food is decent for New Hampshire. Extensive menu and a perfect... place after a round of golf. Highly recommended for Strafford New Hampshire. Read more

Ive been golfing at Nippo since i was in high school and it is one of my favorite courses in the area. The course is beautiful... and has a good balance of challenging holes and shorter par threes. Leaving plenty of opportunities to get a good score for theround. The front 9 is open and the fairways are wide, making it ideal for novice golfers. When you make the turn to the backnine you are faced with narrower fairways, more hazards and significant elevation change. Which will test your resolve and golfgame Read more

What an amazing course, great staff. Course is in excellent condition esepecially with how dry of a summer it has been. Bunkers... were really nice, fairways cut perfectly, and greens roll pretty standard, not too fast and not too slow. The improvements tothe pro shop and upstairs bar rest. area is top notch. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the golf carts could useupdating (no usb ports) and the food could be a little bit better but it is not like it is horrible. I would expect to pay muchmore for a round of golf at this course and the fact it is the cheapest around is really surprising. My favorite course in thisarea hands down. Read more

I?ll start this off by stating that my girlfriend and I are relatively new to golf. We can kill it on a mini golf course but the... real thing is other level of fun. The course ranger/manager at the time of our visit were very understanding of our lack ofexperience and were extremely accommodating and patient with us. They recognized that we were slower players and instead ofkicking us off the course, they let us hit a few balls on the driving range, explained some of the basic rules we should follow, and allowed us to play by ourselves on the course at the tail end of the evening to ensure that no experienced players got stuckbehind us. We happened to stay for the live music and drinks/food after finishing up our round and decided that we?ll definitelybe back another time to check out the back nine holes. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is newer to the sport ofgolf and anyone who may be more experienced but is looking for a local hidden gem of a course. We will definitely be back andwill recommend others to check out the course in the future as well. Read more

I played Nippo for the first Time today. I was very impressed with the course overall. The front 9 gives you a links style feel... where everything is out in front of you and the holes have a nice flow, on the 10th tee you know things are gonna be a littledifferent on this side. The Elevation changes come into play but not so extreme until the last 3 holes. Walkers beware, yourlegs are about to feel the burn. Beautiful course, fair but challenging at the same time. The only reason I did not give a fivestar rating is because of the pin placements today. As a former Greens keeper, I know cynical hole placements when I see them.It was clearly supposed to be someone?s day off today!!???????? Read more
