The food is good but portions were very small compared to other breakfast places for the price. The bartender said that the... wings portion was shareable and it was not even for one person. So disappointed! I ordered 2 hamburger combos the other day for take out and was so disappointed when I got home. When I arrived... to pick up the food, the servers were still packaging the meals so I wasn?t late. The servers are always great there. When I gothome I live 3 mins away) the burger patties were cold, over-cooked and tough! First time! When you spend $40+ for a couple ofhamburger combos you would expect something fresh!! We had gone in to eat this passing Saturday and had Sarah as our waitress. Her service was amazing although she had just... started- many places could learn about customer service from her! The diner was busy but she never for ???? second forgot aboutus and made sure we were satisfied. She did not seem stressed, and was friendly. Aside from her amazing service, the food waswonderful- all 3 of us loved our dishes. Well done!! Read more
This restaurant was very nice inside. it looked like it was recently renovated. I like that it was mostly booths as it gives... more privacy. The staff was very friendly and our server, Sara, was awesome. I really appreciate the friendly staff who actuallycare about their customers. The food was great and came very quickly. This place nails it. From music to food quality to service and attentiveness. Most places that serve breakfast come with a... compromise? not this one. Enjoyed the pancakes, syrup, bacon, sausage as well as the greasy home fries. Too much to finish. Itried. Thanks guys! Read more
There was a flood. Somehow during the restorations all of the seating shrank. There were a few tables that you just couldn't sit... in. If you have any girth at all... forget it! My friend almost got stuck. Somebody goofed up big time in the seatingarrangements. Plus... the price has gone up. Instead of ten to fifteen dollars... your now looking at twenty per person in mostcases. Plus the menu is still limited. It's just too expensive to dine out on a regular basis anymore. I will miss it... buthome cooking is now going to be the norm I think... and restaurants a place to visit occasionally.. sigh. It must be said thoughthat the food is still fantastic here. Had club sandwiches, which have always been good. The server was nice, we liked her. But I don't love the new "decor".. The... white walls and lack of classic decor synonymous with Wimpy's, just kinda took away from the "old diner" feel that I reallyloved. As long as the food stays good, I guess that's the important part, but doesn't have the same vibe anymore. Read more
Had dinner with my family this evening...it was terrible! The waitress was great and did her job wonderfully but the food was... less then sub-par..my wife's wrap was over cooked chicken with lettuce and a tonn of feta..my brother in laws mom didn't eveneat her chicken strips as they were cooked into a charcoal brick...cheese wasn't melted on my burger I could go on but Iwon't...we will not be back...for 70$ (with tip) for a burger a wrap and 2 beers I'm sure we could have had a much betterexperience elsewhere...
