The worse service I've ever experienced at a Tim Hortons ever. Slower than a turtle or sloth. Staff taking their time making... sandwiches and chit chatting behind the counter, and the woman who was taking the orders was being rude to a couple of thecustomers in front of us when they pointed out she made some mistakes. Ordered a farmers wrap and waited over 20 minutes for it while others who showed up 10 minutes after me got served first.... Informed the crew i was still waiting and was rudely told to wait my turn. Was there today around 1:30. Spent over $20 on 2 turkey melts, 2 large drinks and a doughnut. Waited 20 minutes in the drive... thru with only 5 cars ahead of me. Okay, i get it its a long weekend and probably super busy. The wait wouldn't have mattered ifthe order had been correct. Firstly, 1 turkey melt was suppose to have tomatoes. Nope. But i was definitely charged for addingthem. Both turkey melts weren't cooked. The cheese wasn't melted. The bread was untoasted, greasy and flimsy. The doughnutlooked gross and tasted stale. We ate only half the turkey melts due to pure hunger but had to stop because they were gross.Would have gone to get it fixed but didn't see that state of the food till we had already pulled back onto the highway. Its beena few hours now and both my son and i who ate there have bad stomach aches/vomitting. As someone who eats turkey melts regularlyfrom other locations, i can definitely tell something was wrong with them with how we are feeling now. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID thislocation if you don't want to get sick. Go to the Starbucks beside it and save yourself. Will never return to this location.Hopefully head office steps in to deal with this disaster of a store pulling down the tim hortons name. Update: I contacted thehead office and was forwarded to the operations manager. They apologized and offered a gift card for my troubles. That was 2months ago. I have followed up and still have yet to be compensated. They claimed they mailed the gift card and refused to sendanother yet i received nothing. I was rudely told if I wanted a gift card since It was my fault i did not get the first giftcard (i don't even think one was ever mailed) i would have to drive to the location and get it. I live 40 minutes south with noplans of being up that way for months. My complaint has now been escalated to head office as i continue to have to contact themfor follow ups.
