This was really gross, maybe break the chicken up a bit? lol my tea was good though
I went in here for lunch with my mother one afternoon. The washrooms were dirty and needed cleaning and restocking because the... stalls were out of toilet paper and the paper towel dispenser needed to be refilled. The floor was a mess due to the generalpublic foot traffic and after ordering our meals, there were no clean tables to sit down at. There was only three staff membersvisibly working and none of them even came out from behind the counter to address the problem or clean up. Poor service,ignorant staff and the teenagers that they allowed to loiter there had completely destroyed part of the panelling on one of thebooths. I certainly hope that someone attends to this and gets it fixed because it is not how I would like to see a reputablecompany look to the public eye. Read more
Spcious and clean branch. The staff are very nice, polite and friendly. Such a pleasant experience.
Messed up an order three different times! Even asked for correction and had to get a supervisor involved as the trainee didn't... even understand what I was asking. Then the second time they used the wrong cups so it leaked everywhere. Staff is very quietbehind such over sized dividers! Read more
