I went through the drive through around 1:30 and was very dissatisfied with the service I ordered a med DD and reload my Tim... card . When I got to the window they were too busy socializing to serve me eventually he opened the window and just gave me thedebit machine after I scanned my card. He gave me a medium coffee and said goodbye so I asked about the loading of my card andhe was clueless and then gave me the debit machine again so I asked for my receipt for the first transaction and then after Ileft the window and went down the road I noticed they gave me a 4 cream 2.5 sugar. I looked at the first receipt he gave me andit was for a large 4 c 2.5 s. I confirmed with my bank account and only 30.00 came out so I checked my point card and it was at0 so obviously it was free coffee. He was totally clueless when I went into the store to get my DD the 3 of them at the drivethrough saw me in the lineup and just started laughing. Fruit flies stuck to 4 or 5 doughnuts still in tray, when I complained instead of apologizing, staff said come back in the... morning and complain to manager. This shows the poor state of hygiene and untrained and illeterate staff hired by you guys. Feelbad for this once thriving chain. By the way they also don't give you any printed receipts Read more
Honestly this location is fantastic Monday - Friday. I work locally and the line up moves fast, the decaf is always fresh and... the staff are awesome. The problem is the weekends. Recently every time I visit on a weekend I get to work and my order isincorrect. Specifically my requested meat free breakfast sandwiches have sausage or bacon in them, I get the wrong muffin orless Tim Bits than I pay for. Both yesterday (Saturday) and today (Sunday) my orders were incorrect. Yes it can be fixed nextvisit but it?s extremely disappointing to get to work and not be able to eat what you ordered and paid for. This Tim Hortons is going down hill quickly. I've been going here for years and recently it has been terrible, from service... speed to getting the orders correct. Today was the last straw. First they got my drinks wrong and the woman tried to tell methat I ordered something else. After she corrected the drinks she handed me a bag of donuts, I asked them to be put in seperatebags when ordering, because they're for multiple people. I told her that I needed them in separate bags. She then sucked herteeth and started talking Indian to her co worker and they started to laugh. I asked what is funny and she said "you need tospeak better at the window" I was born and raised in Canada and she was the one that obviously couldn't understand English andtalked with an accent. I suggest that the employee's not talk or joke about customers in a different language. Read more
Quite unimpressed. Time, that was one concern but the main complaint is, I guess ?no ice? means not to fill. I don?t much care... to pay for frozen water and cutting back on the lemonade is grossly either incompetent or at very least unacceptable. Not coolTim?s, this drink has not had a drink taken from it. The service is normally quick, reliable, and pleasant. I get people have bad days but can I suggest that when a customer says... thank you and have a great day that you respond and not completely disregard their existence. Read more
