The workers are so late to respond and make many mistakes, today I ordered cofee muffins and soup,they told me I need to wait... 15min ,after 15min they said another 10min after 25min they said u did pay for the soup??!!!!!!!!!! Very bad service andattitude. I told her after coming and check 25 min u say that now, moreover I did one order for all it is not my mistake. Shedid not do anything and suggested to check my debit card as she did not have the receipt and didn't gave me one. The worstservice ever.by the way she was Indian. Read more

Hai, We ordered for a less Iced coffee and we were served a medium cup half filled with ice. While we told about the same to... them the response from them werent satisfying!!!!. They aren't willing to replace it... We Had a bad experience from them! Read more

Did not have an issue during my 30 hours at the hospital; I consistently recieved hot fresh tasing coffee. I drink black so I... keenly notice burnt old coffee which was not the case any of the 6-7 times I visited during my stay; I recieved a sleevewhenever I remembered to ask for one. Read more

Nicest staff!! But everytime I get food (bagel, breakfast sandwich, lunch etc) it is old. It's never warm and I understand not... throwing out and wasting food but I've had burnt bagels that were cold. Changed to McDonald's because of this. Read more

VERY disappointed in rvh Tim Hortons. I paid for a soy pumpkin spice latte took one sip and received regular latte with 2% milk... I am lactose free .. I went back and asked for it to be made with soy and clarified a PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE. The worker was sorude about it and gave me attitude while making me another one. As I took a sip from my new one it's not pumpkin at all andtaste so burnt. So disappointed.. Read more
