I don't know what's wrong with this location but the donuts are garbage they're days old or something they are always dried out... and shriveled up. The cake donuts are better than the regular donuts there's something wrong with them. I noticed this for along time now it wasn't just on one occasion it's everytime I go there. The service from some of the people is very rude like weare bothering them like it's not their job to be serving people. Go to the one in the hospital or the one on Duckworth muchbetter product and service. Read more

Two mornings in a row coffee has been made with no sugar. Working on a Saturday I really needed that morning coffee so I went... back after driving away. They were rude when I said I had no sugar, took my coffee and nobody made a new one. 8 people standingwhile it?s not busy at all and I had to speak up to get my coffee made. The only time this place is good is on weekdays whenthere?s white people making sure the jib is done l right and speeds are up otherwise it?s very slow. Weekends are a wright off.Poor service nobody cares, I will be taking my business to Blake street from now on. This place is a joke on weekends stay away. Read more
If you go here M-F between 6am -6pm it is wonderful service. Going there on weekends or after those hours it is absolutely... brutal service. Coffees don?t get made right, the employees all just stand around, that or their moving at the speed ofmolasses. Avoid this Tim Hortons on weekends if you expect quick and efficient service. Very bad experience. Asked for bacon farmers wrap and got sausage which I dont like at all. Take 1 bite and realised goes... completely to garbage. Thanks for making my day worse. Read more
Customer service is decent, but they get the orders wrong frequently. They don't enter the order on the screen as you're... ordering it, so you can't see if it is correct and you can't see the price. They enter your order into the computer once you'realready at the window and I suspect this is where the problem lies. I've had 2 wrong orders in less than 24 hours. It is theclosest location for me, but doesn't really matter if I can't get what I want. Read more
This one outlet is worst. Not all but some of the staff here is very rude. Especially the one packing the food.. Attaching the... picture of the hit chocolate which I got. Inspite of asking for the sauce still you don't get it on your wraps. Some staff isvery good while some are the worst I have ever experienced. The one on Duckworth and Grove in Barrie is excellent. To the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited we went at this store around their closing time on 4th December Sunday we ordered... around 8 coffees neither one of the coffees were made properly i ordered ice coffee with extra cream and the coffee wasn?t sweetat all when I asked the girl on the counter did you add syrup in it she replied me in a very rude way I told her it tastes likeyou didn?t add I asked her to change my coffee or add syrup in it she rudely said no I wish I could see her name and write hername in this we wasted our money. ????????
