Best location and Steeped tea was good as always, they mixed the drinks very well however, sometimes i got staff not greets well... inside the restaurant as i always greet them but didn?t get any answer back. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even looked at me they just pertend there is no customer. Someone should have said 'we... will be with you in a minute' then while the staff was taking my order they were talking to each other in another language witchis very rude. Credit should be given where its due. This is one of the best Tims simply because they always stir your beverage properly. Now... stating the reason for giving out 3 stars only. The drive through if the worst. Unable to have 1 flow of traffic causing tones of delay. The staff rushes you when at the window... and a majority of times either messes up your order or gives you someone else?s order completely. Read more

strictly based on the drive-through of this location, it?s had the same problem for so many years and management will never... correct it. You will end up waiting 10 minutes plus some days just to have other people cut in from the opposite direction andmake the line longer instead of wait in the line management I won?t put cones out or anything to deter the other side fromcoming in. not worth ever trying to hit the drive-through at this store.
