Today me & my husband went for covid test while coming home we thought we should grab something from tim hortons. We orderd... veggie lime salad 3 timbits & patato wedges. My husband like chipotle with wedges we forgot to mention that when we went totake order she asked if we want that on salad my husband said no just other sauce i said to my husband that she is thinking toadd it on top of salad we call her on mentioned her again. Order came salad was full of chipotle sauce & no fork or spoon weknocked the window again and ask for fork i asked her is this chipotle she said yes i said i don?t want chipotle on salad shesaid okay u can keep this i will make another. There were 3..4 cars behind us so we went again in line for drive through so thatpeople should not need to wait. We came to the window my husband said u haven?t given us wedges as well. They showed the receiptactually they haven?t added wedges. All of sudden a guy came he said if u want another salad give me back the previous one thatwas very embarrassing i immediately gave it back and said i have tried a spoon already and gave it to him. the one which he gaveme didn?t had any sauce. We spent so much time in drive through bez of their mistake even that is not a problem. Whole time wewere feeling bad that we tested COVID POSITIVE & we touched the box n all just dont want it to get spread. Just terrible service all around all the time . It's a 1 minute walk from my house so I go there every day but after today I'm... walking past and taking and extra 30 mins just to get better service. Drive through server just kept saying HERE!HERE!HERE! Asshe handed me my purchases. Get home and the bagels have 1/2 " of cold butter on them . Tasted like uncooked dough and the baconis white and chewy . Stopped in for a passion fruit drink. Was very good but the lid didn't seal properly so it dripped everytime I took a drink. ... Had to grab a straw. Service was very good and they young lady was cleaning as I was in there. Great job guy's. Read more

Hands down the worst Tim's in the country. Travelled from coast to coast and this store somehow consistently has the worst... coffees. Somehow they even botch the food. Big yikes. Go down the street to the other Tim's or just forget about the coffee.It's not worth it Read more
