The service is excellent, it's just the food itself that's gone downhill (not the kitchen's fault). There are fewer burgers on... the menu now, and they changed their french fries (which you also get fewer of now). Just not worth it at this price pointanymore. Read more

The best burger place I've been so far, simply delicious! The menu has so many options of burgers Or you can choose from a... selection of patties, buns and tops to create your own burger - I'm sure you will find something that pleases you. There arevegetarian options too! The atmosphere is pretty fun, with many details all over the restaurant - from the walls to your table.The place is clean and nitty & staff is super-friendly. This place is normally great. This time they put an onion ring on my burger. I'm sensitive to textures and flavors and get my... burger done in a specific way. I tried to call them to explain that it was a mistake I really don't want repeated, but you can'tcontact them, so I am leaving this review publically. I was not able to eat my food, because the flavor of onion rings makes menauseous. I wish they answered, or their contact worked on their site. But it doesn't, so I have to complain publicly.... It'stoo expensive to 86 a whole burger because of an onion ring. Read more

I?m writing this as I?ve been waiting 15 minutes for my waitress to come clear my table and bring me the bill. I love the WORKs... in Milton and elsewhere, but this location is struggling. Came in just after 1 PM and am the only customer. The burger wasdelicious, but the fries were over fried and over salted. It?s like they gave me the broken bits from the bottom of the noon frybasket but reheated them. This is the second time I?ve come around 1 pm and the place is dead. Management meds to do Some thingbefore they?re forced to close. As I walked out, the three employees in the place were all surfing the internet on theirphones. Read more

The draw to the works was always the crazy burger topping options. They've really trimmed down their menu and some of my old... favourites are gone, but what they still have is good quality for its price point. Our server was friendly and attentive towhatever our table needed. My friends and I come back to this spot every few months, it has been reliably good. Read more

Waited at door to be seated and was told by "hostess" to seat myself where ever we liked. Sat at back and waited for just over... ten minutes before waitress came to ask if we wanted drinks - she said she wasn't aware we were even there, but there were onlyfour other tables of customers while we were there: as hostess stood at kitchen window our entire visit i think the waitress wasnot informed of our arrival. Wanted a milkshake and it took a while for this to come out, at which point it was very watery: hadchunks of ice cream floating in milk. Waitress was very nice, but seemed to be doing everything herself. Boyfriend had draftbeer, the glass of which was quite dirty at the bottom, noticeable only after drinking the beer. Read more
