Words cannot express how mad I am right now. The food took over 30 minutes to be ready, my family got there almost first but we... were last to get our order. We didn?t even order anything big, just a two person meal. When we asked when our food is coming theguy at the front said that there was only one person making the tacos (then why did everyone else get their order??) Ordered dinner from them tonight,and before it even got delivered to us,the uber eats driver was nice enough to text us and... inform us that they were out of chicken so they replaced with whatever they had....which was nice the driver,cause the storedidn't even have the courtesy of calling to inform us,that's fine whatever.But then once our dinner arrived,the extra sour creamwe asked for wasn't in the bag,no big deal one simple mistake let it slide.Ordered 2 fries supreme with our meals and regularfries for the 3rd meal,ended up getting 3 fries supreme bonus right....not really....no sour cream on the fries supreme,and outof the three we got an extra surprise....a really long black hair embedded in one of the fries supremes.Been trying to call thestore for the past half hour,and not one person is answering the phone,they don't even have voice-mail.All I want to is,do theynot wear hair nets? Good luck even getting noticed here, especially if you're a delivery driver. Waited almost fifteen minutes before someoe noticed... me, and the order was sitting in one of the insulated bags on the counter the whole time. I have been to this Taco Bell many times for lunch and have got the Spicy taco box even when it wasn?t on the physical menu it... was on there system. Today I went after my shift and the young girl at the counter which I?ve never seen before told me they nolonger had it on the menu showing me the physical menu but saying they had the spicy nachos. I told her that I know it?s not onthere anymore but when I went last week they still had it on their system if she could check and that it?s basically 3 regulartacos with the spicy sauce. She refused to at least check and was responding to me rudely and kept insisting they have no longerhad it for weeks on their menu, i just wanted her to check the system or ask her manager. She wouldn?t even try. My anxiety wasgetting pretty bad so I ended up not getting anything and leaving. That experience made me not ever wanting to go there againand will be sharing this experience to my co workers who also go to this establishment. I?m upset that she didn?t even try tolook at the system or ask another co worker to double check. I work in customer service and I am deeply upset by what happened. Read more
This place should be shut down. A month ago we ordered from them and the sour cream was rotten. Gave them another chance and our... tacos looked like this. Soggy, old and missing sour cream and sauce. Not even edible. DISGUSTING Read more
Brought my daughter here and said to the Manager there place was not clean. He sent someone out right away to clean which is... great but all she did was wipe up 2 tables and invited the bathroom and the very nasty floor. so had already picked up all thetoilet paper in the washroom and off the restaurant floor. Food is not like the picture they promote, ordered a quesalupa box ,very small tacos, good flavor on the regular hard taco and... soft taco. Ordered through drive through.. , upon reaching drive through window.. the associate there didn't have any appropriate approach... and seemed like almost tired and didn't even bother to bring the card payment option close by the car ..I actually had to go farout of my window. as well as no welcoming or thank you anything.
