What an absolute dumpster fire. We ordered take out so I was expecting sub par, not bottom level. I don?t even know where to... begin. The spring rolls were so flat and misshaped. The clearly did not make them correctly and it showed. The wings were BARELYcovered in sauce and they were over cooked. The fries were terrible. My festive Kaiser came with the tiniest squirt of cranberrymayo and a pile of stuffing so high it was overpowering, yet still bland. The rice I got on the side of my Kaiser was actuallyhard. Like it haven?t been cooked or like it was old and sitting in a fridge. Can?t really tell the difference. I also orderedtwo sides of veggies, one of them came completely raw. Had a wonderful meal today. We had roast beef dinner and roast beef sandwich dinner (festive special) it was absolutely... delicious. I would recommend coming in. Great food at a great price. The restaurant has also been renovated and looks great. Read more
Just ordered take out and chicken is completely raw, had to finish cooking it at home. Don't know how they packaged this and... didn't notice all the pink/red. Had the chicken in oven, and started eating the coleslaw(because they didn't have any othersalads) and it's sour, slimey spoiled. Super disappointed and frustrated! Loved it! Had the hot chicken sandwich with fries and green beans, and let me tell you the portion was so satisfying that I... couldn't even finish my food! They also introduced whole wheat bread as an option to the traditional white bread they use...abit bitter because of the whole wheat, but I appreciate the healthier option! Read more
We didn't go until 7 p.m. The restaurant was so busy and I mentioned it to the Hostess. She said that they had extended the... "kids eat free with purchase" deal an extra day. We were seated and I laughed because there were only 3 children in therestaurant. So they were busy because the food is delicious and in big portions, service is friendly and efficient and pricestill reasonable. I don't enjoy their coffee as it is too strong. We were able to do a walk in around 5:30pm, it wasn?t too busy. The service was amazing, (I believe our server was Amanda), she... was very wonderful. We were seated immediately and were served very quickly. The food was wonderful, plated well. This locationis great, and they are certainly one of the best restaurants if you?re looking for a casual outing, such as a family dinner, ora dinner stop-by. Ordered take out half ribs/chicken combo. Staff assured me it is in the bag. upon arival home - ribs were missing. Called store... right away, was told the food would get delivered to me asap. Waited till 11pm - food never delivered! Store now closed!Staffdoes not actually double check the order before giving it to the customer and failed to make it right! Absolutely unacceptable, waiting 1hr for food at home while the rest of the family enjoys their meal assuming it would be delivered and it neverarrived!! Update- Full refund issued by restaurant.
