First, I fully admit to my own mistakes during my transaction but the way it was handled was extremely disappointing. I went in... to purchase three subs with two being the meatball. This typically comes with the white cheese, however, due to personal issuesI don't have the best memory and I rely on the staff and always ask "for whatever usually comes on it". This time, I was toldthat it was the yellow cheese (and I even clarified twice) and even with my own hesitance I trusted the staff. They were wrong.I did not leave the store so I went back up and said "It was supposed to be white". I ended up buying a fourth sub as I wasn'tabout to let my Nan starve. If you're unsure, someone who's disabled and relies of staff, please pick another store. I'm now out$40 with no dinner for myself. Read more

Terrible experience getting a mobile order. A mistake was made with the order, no apology, and definitely not an appropriate... compensate. No regard for a customer?s wasted time and emotions. Shame on the supervisor for being arrogant and unwilling tocompensate for making errors. Read more

Store associate was very kind. Bread was stale and crumbled easily. Nothing like a good sub ????
We made an online order with 2 soups. Turns out there is no soup at this location and the owner refused to provide a proper... refund or any help on this matter. So I paid $30 for 2 foot long subs. All the owner did was give us 2 old cookies and agaterade. Extremely poor customer service from the OWNER. I won't be supporting this subway anymore and will travel longer for abetter experience. I got a grilled cheese and bacon the other day and this was probably the saddest sandwich I've ever seen in my life. There was... barely any cheese on it! I couldn't eat it because it was pretty much all bread. I can't believe they only put a sprinkle ofcheese and 2 pieces of bacon on a sandwich that is named "Grilled Cheese & Bacon". It should be at least double what I got for$6, or whatever it was that they charged me. Look at the picture...very sad. The customer service was also not great. Theylooked annoyed that they had to serve us and never smiled or anything. They were not personable at all. I will not return hereand would recommend any other location. Read more
