Friendly but they don't listen to customers what he or she orders and how they like or want their drinks to be made i asked for... mango dragon made with coconut milk and they made it with lemonade thats not listening to customers and they expact to come backcustomers expact to be listened and baristas to pay attn what customers says and tells how they want their drinks made not screeit up thats just wasting customers time and gas. Using the app I have tried this store 3 times because I work right next door and every order I received was wrong.. Starbucks... you charge a crazy amount of money for your drinks it's not ok to get them wrong. Please do better Read more
I came in today and it was very busy. I was served by Elisabeth and Kenzie and must say that the service they provide is... outstanding and its so nice to come in on a rainy day and be greeted by two individuals like these, who are so friendly andwelcoming. I hope starbucks recognizes these two for this. Read more
I was very impressed with this starbucks! The accessible washroom was so nicely accessible! I loved that the button lit up on... the outside and the inside of the bathroom so you knew it was locked! The horizontal bar was a great height as well. The servicewas great and drink that I had was delicious! Read more
Dropped by this store. Very very clean. Service super nice. Customers follow rules and keep social distance. Bagels are hot... and very well done job. One of the coolest things is that they have a cold brew tap. It is so cool. Very very comfortableplace to get Starbucks. Hope covid finish soon and enjoy its environment. Read more
This being my most visited store in barrie and i always order mocha frappe. Always gets it right. But this day i ordered through... uber eats. And the drink i got was full of ice ,no sugar base and not even properly blended. There is just ice and cocoa milkand thats all at the bottom. Whatever i am taking a sip i am getting blend ice . Warmest welcome I?ve ever experienced in the shortest amount of time. Had only 6 minutes to catch my bus and Elisabeth made my... Cold Brew to PERFECTION in 3 minutes, even though she was new (I think). My cashier was sweet as well. Excellent service, welltrained staff.
