Here is the thing, I had guest invited at my place and were told that I?ll offer you the best pizza you have ever had. I ordered... almost $100 Pizzas & Garlic bread sticks. I ended up getting pizza with nearly no toppings pizza and no cheese garlic sticks.Each and every guest got upset and decided not to have popular pizza ever again. Sorry, but that?s honest review. Mehh. Disappointed...Asked for a large butter chicken pizza desi medium heat.....had to add our own butter chicken sauce as... there wasn't much on ours. We even asked them to make it the best as it was our first time trying it!! Hardly any cheese, unliketheir pictures. Thank goodness they added all the green onions to make up for it...jokes.. I wish to give them negative stars.They deserve minus (-) 5 stars. Worst customer services. First they gave me wrong pizza which... was extremely spicy and toppings were different. When called to complain, the girl was very rude and didn?t even listen. Insteadof admitting their fault, she said ?don?t buy again from us?. This business owner should teach their employees that business iswith customers only. Mistakes happen .At least, listen and behave nicely. Never buying popular pizza again. Read more
They call themselves Popular Pizza but they are more like the loner pizza at the lunch time sitting alone in the corner. They... forgot to sauce my 16 wings that I bought for starters. Absolute worst experience ever. They didn?t even put the sauce on the pizza. They don?t know what they are doing. When I went... there showed them the pizza they still didn?t accept their mistake and wanted me to pay again. It?s ridiculous. They need tolearn how to give custom service. I was giving my order for delivery today aroud 8 on the call, when the girl taking my order asked me for about the topping i... want. There were like 2or 3 option and i told her to do whatever is regular and she again asked me the same and i replied same.For the third time she spoke to me in a very rude tone, ' thats what I am asking, what toppings you want'. Like is it real?? Aperson hungry at evening calling your restraunt excited about having a pizza and you are ruining their mood by being annoyed onthis simple thing and make them feel they cant understand what you saying??? I am so mad at that girls tone. She just ruined mywhole mood today. Howerver, i ordered the shahi paneer pizza and it was delicious. But I expirienced bad customer service. Read more
