Ok so I have eaten a lot of chicken wings in my life and the ones I got from here are by far the worst. They asked "you want... them crispy"? I'm like sure. Get them home the looked like cauliflower, soggy and disgusting I threw them out after the 1stbite. Do yourselves a favor can't speak for every Pizzaville but save your money do not buy wings from here. Read more

This was our first time ever ordering from pizza ville and it will certainly be the last! It arrived with two slices bent... overtop the slices and did not look fresh AT ALL. So disappointing we ended up driving to Little Caesars for a hot and ready.I?ve never had a pizza so horrible in my entire life. Save yourself the trouble and order from anywhere else!!!! Read more

I waited an hour and a half for a handful of soggy potato wedges, undercooked chicken bites and a greasy panzerotto...I will... never order again from any pizzaville because of the horrible service and food. I like their pizza but I find that the location in Yonge St and Huronia tend to don?t give you the full order. When I place any... order online and someone else from my household is picking it up they don?t give the extras of the order like the tiramisu eventhough it is being paid at the moment of pick up. I made the complaint to Pizzaville customer service but because it was notright away they don?t care, or won?t do anything about it and we also mentioned it at the store and same reaction. So my adviceto you, is to make sure you revise what you get and make sure you send a list of your order if someone else is picking up theorder. I can?t imagine asking for delivery probably I won?t get it at all! Read more

Give me a 20 minute time frame... gap of when it would be delivered, 30- 50 minutes from when it was ordered. All good. Its now 1 hour past, i call, told theyjust left, will arrive in a couple minutes. Cool! 30 more minutes, call again, same call center not actual restaurant, they saythey contacted the store and it just left and it will arrive in a couple minutes... same line, i say i called 30 minutes ago andgot the same line, she apologizes. Quick and easy! Great price for party pizza. I ordered inside and went to my car with my kid to wait. The attendant had told me... 10min. In 8 minutes it was ready and they brought it outside to my car. That's exactly what good customer service looks like!Thanks guys! Read more
