Messed up my order twice( same order) had to wait for my pizza to be remade. Was still wrong. I don't know what's so... complicated about following instructions. The orders list size and toppings. And it says it again on the reciept. How do youget both wrong twice. I don't know about other pizza huts but stay away from the one on younge st in barrie. Read more
Worst experience first time getting pizza from Pizza Hut. I was skeptical about getting because it's away out of my area but I... was told they make good pizza. I was given the wrong order even tho I told them my name and was still given someone elses. Wentback to return it and got my order right. I love Pizza Hut pizza. My review today is I don`t want to even give them one. I ordered pizza online because it saves times... according to their add. Well its been an hour and a half still no pizza. The call center can`t cancel my order because they saythey don`t have access to the online system. We love their pizza. It isn't the cheapest by any stretch but you get what you pay for. Watch for their deals of the day and... make sure you sign up and use their app when ordering so you can collect your pizza points for free pizza! Who doesn't lovefree pizza! It's the only place we NEVER have any leftovers because the whole family gobbles up every last slice! Read more
just had absolutely the worst experience with this location. called at 8:30 for delivery? in hour later we decided to call... about our order. it wasn?t until ANOTHER hour after being transferred from store to store; that we were informed that the YongeSt location doesn?t deliver to our area..?? after 10 min of trying to get compensated for their irresponsibility, they only gaveus $10 off from a $50 order while still having to go pick it up..
