The girls giving the food are touching multiple surfaces with there gloves and then going to touching the salad that goes in our... food. I wanted to order the beef but after seeing the grill it was completely black and saw some beef prepared didn't lookappetizing at all. If your paying $14-15 for food the quantity should reflect the price. I paid $10 for a salad and barely anysalad was put in the container. I had another picture of the register area above salad bar as It was covered in dust that shouldbe cleaned weekly. I'm not gonna blame the employees but the manager should be training the staff on how and where to cleannightly especially when the public can see behind the counter. Read more

This place is not good. I ordered chicken shawarma with rice. Every single Mediterranean place I have ever gone to always... includes a little coleslaw or at least some vegetables. They didn?t offer turnip, or pickles, or anything. Apparently that costsextra. How cheap! They looked at me like I was out of my mind. The food Is mostly yellow rice with a layer of lukewarm meatover it. the food is so bad I?m throwing it out. The rice is simply yellow - no flavour, no saffron, it?s dry and like they usedyellow food colour. I asked for my chicken ?hot?. Now I love spicy food, but if your idea of hot is sprinkling what seems liketons of ghost pepper seasoning on the meat so that it?s almost inedible, then warn your customers. I had a few bites and nowhave a really upset stomach. I?ll take my business back to Shawarma Royale which has delicious shawarma and offer good customerservice too. Read more
I love Osmow?s and I frequent the Essa location very often. That being said, on Christmas Day the only option available was this... Cundles location. Maybe it?s my fault for ordering on Christmas Day but there is no excuse for being served stale rice. Iordered my regular chicken on the rocks but I could immediately tell there was a stale taste with the rice. My plastic spoonstank so bad every time I brought another bite of the rice to my face. It?s as if they had precooked the rice ahead of time anddidn?t store it properly. Be careful if ordering from this location. (I attached a photo of clear discolouration) Read more
Ordered osmows through Uber on our moving day. Delivery took over an hour (restaurant requested more time). I called right after... ordering and requested they send utensils as we had just moved and didn?t have any readily available. Upon receiving the orderthere were no utensils. The food was ice cold, had none of the requested sauces (not even on the side) and there was no dressingprovided for the salad. The chicken was dry and we ordered kebab chunks. As you can see in the picture its mixed in withshawarma. Overall very disappointed in the service from this restaurant. Read more
We haven't ordered from Osmow's in years as it is a far cry from the authentic Middle Eastern shawarma we are used to. We... decided to give it another try since there wasn't much open. Ordered 2 chicken shawarma sandwiches and made clear instructionsof what to have on which one. It was totally mixed up. I'm not sure what the point is of ordering toppings separately when theycan't even get it straight. Both inedible due to the mix up of toppings and overshooting of spice level! Ordered a side offalafel and they are so overdone and with old oil..it's disgusting. Guess we won't be back, or at least not to this location.They weren't even busy so I'm not sure how they could screw up so bad. Read more
