My food arrived with the tacos completely fallen out in a mess in the box. When I called they said to come in and that they... would remake them. I arrived and was told the manager was not in but said that they would not be remaking the food. They went onto insult me tell me I was asking for free food when I was told the food would be ready when I got there. This was also aftershowing them the pictures of the food in the garbage. All I wanted was the food we paid for. Complete waste of money and theemployees were rude. My pregnant girlfriend was in tears over this and was very upset when I arrived home again without the foodso I had to go elsewhere. Skip the dishes also refused to refund the meal stating that it was a packaging issue from thereataurant, but they blamed skip. So instead of providing customer service, they pointed fingers. Worst customer serviceexperience I've ever had. I went to another Mucho Burrito and they stated they hear complaints about this location all the time.As a business owner myself, I am in disbelief. The Staffs were so amazing. Great customer service. Staff did greet us well above and beyond. Front line staff was so helpful... and gave us a lots of information about the menu so we were able to pick a menu items for each of us who visited the restaurant.The food was awesome and sooo yummy tasty. The quantity of the food is very large which we never eat in any other Mexicanrestaurant before. Highly recommended for regular visits and dine in or take out. Very poor service! The workers give a lot of attitude when you ask them for something. They also are very cheap at adding... toppings. The employee added one little piece of diced chicken to my taco, gave me attitude when I asked for a little bit more.The one over on Mapleview is better. They also gave me an old lime wedge that was starting to brown as a garnish. Verydisappointed Read more
