Served a half eaten burger! I still can't believe this happened. There was a mix up with my order. I believe my order was... given to someone else who started eating it and then realized it was the wrong order. As a result I was served a McDouble thatwas half eaten. Worst mcdonalds by far. Super understaffed therefore the staff that is available is rude and short with customers. Got stuck... waiting 15 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU, STUCK BETWEEN 5 OTHER CARS, there was one car sitting at the window and no one taking anyorders so I called to see if they had shut down or weren't able to serve currently as it had been WAYY TOO LONG. the managerhung up on me because I asked what the hold up was and I was stuck in the drive thru for over 10 mins at that point. I spoke toa supervisor at the window who was very quick to say I was being verbally abusive! What a joke. I never called anyone names orsaid anything derogatory but simply because I was frustrated it apparently gives them right to ignore customers. The inside isalways dirty and smells weird so I don't go in, won't be using the drive thru either since they don't even ha e simplecourtesies for regulars. It's a service and it was prepaid so I should be able to know why there's such a hold up. Manager hastime to answer phones but obviously can't roll up his sleeves and get on the floor to help out. Quite possibly the worst McDonald?s in Canada. There has not been one time where I?ve purchased something from here and been... satisfied with either the customer service or food itself. The managers here need to really get a grip of this business becauseit?s embarrassing. Missing items, items not made the way we have requested and poor customer service is just the tip of theiceberg. Bought a big mac and med fry. Got home, big mac was missing the meat patties. I packed it up and drove back to McDonald's. I... called spoke to Mackenzie ( manager) who said she would replace my big mac for free? I said I already paid for it, just didn'tget a big mac. I drive through the drive through, get a new big mac and fry. No refund as I was told by cashier 1. Sneak a fry..cold, not even warm, drive home, took a bite of my big mac , cold. Really cold, not even a little warm. I did get a couponfor a free sandwich. Honestly , why? It is a long weekend and food was so bad. Macdonald's should have refunded my meal andprovided a fresh hot big mac and fries + a couple of coupons. Things happen. I guess forgetting to put the meat in the burger isa mistake. It ruined my meal, I had to drive back to get another dinner only to get a cold , old big mac and cold fries. Read more

This location always takes forever at the drive through but today was spectacularly bad. There was one car at each drive through... speaker and I still had to sit for 10 minutes just to get up to the speaker. Then sat for another couple minutes at the speakerbefore i drove away and went to tim hortons next door. I was in and out of that drive through while the cars just sat atMcDonald's, barely moving. Took 10 minutes for our order to even be taken. Another 13 to get it. Bun for the Big Mac was hard as rock. No onion and extra... pickle on the Quarter Pounder was served with extra onion. The fries were horrible. After waiting for so long in the firstplace, we dare not go back to counter to complain. I will never go back to this location, I suggest no one else does. Read more
To the manager of this McDonald's: If you don't like one star reviews, don't run out of Coca-Cola at 12pm on a Friday afternoon.... I mean honestly, do you have the inventory skills of a potato weevil or what? By the way do your employees know what the number2 means? As in when I order 2 cheeseburgers from uber eats, why do I always only get 1? I know they don't teach math properly inschool anymore but counting to 2 isn't difficult.
