We waited over 35 minutes in the lobby. A crew member asked us which order we were waiting for, then just asked the next person... what they wanted to order. It was not only a waste of time, but also a waste of money. Once the order was ready, we were offereda complimentary crazy bread, but it was just the bread that came with the combo. When I asked for a copy of the receipt I wastold that they weren't able to find it in the pile on the counter. Get the crew to focus, lose the airpods during the shift, andkeep people moving through the lobby. Read more
Pizza was ready fast and they got my complicated order perfect.
Normally I don?t care the pizza slice but if you have kids party at home I feel bad the way it cut and difficult to hold big won... and too small the other slice.. no professionalism Read more

Customer service at this location as of today could use some work. Went in today with my daughter to grab a pizza on the way... home. The woman with the barb-wire necklace was about as pleasant as a bear with a thorn in its paw. So much so, that my 6 yearold daughter picked up on it and asked me about it. The woman behind the counter is obviously not cut out for any job thatrequires the slightest amount of customer service skills. Not impressed! Read more
I don't know who trained the people here bit I'm guessing there was never any training on how to make pizza.
