I waited a week to do my review as I was so mad that my dinner was ruined. We ordered online at 7:24pm. Said to pick up in 40... minutes. Got there and the 2 panzos that we ordered had not even been started yet! Waited another 25 minutes and she gave usone! I asked where the other one was, and she looked at me confused and said we only ordered one. $31.99 for 2 panzos, 3toppings each, 2 pops and 2 dips. They made one small panzo with all 6 toppings on one! So, she offered to remake them both anda free garlic bread with cheese, and another 25 minutes later still not ready. We finally left the restaurant at 9:04pm. Gothome and my panzo was still wrong, had an item that I cannot eat in it, so I called and was told she made it how I told her to.I reminded her of the toppings, of which I have it in my email, and was only offered a free pop on my next visit. Nice staff, but style of pizza completely changed since different ownership, I usually don?t leave reviews unless it?s amazing... or really quite the opposite.. I was really hungry on Oct 11, and decided to get a quick slice, immediately after receiving thepizza slice out of the oven, I open to take a bite in the car, after forcing the first slice down, it was pretty upsettingbecause the toppings and all that were added, still felt cold. It was supposed to be a fresh pizza but it was cold and dull. Itook the last slice back immediately for it to be reheated, and the worker had a confused look on his face, I didn?t want tomake a scene as there were a few other customers there. I felt very sick after eating that pizza, had a fever, was nauseous fora few days, and couldn?t come in to work. Called in about pizza quality and service only to be hung up on. Went from weekly orders to monthly to sadly potentially our... last. What was once a pizza place I told people they had to try to a shear disappointment highly recommend going else where.Pricing does not match the menu food quality seems nonexistent, half the time no delivery drivers. Our party pizzas this eveningcame in 5 boxes... 3 for 1 pizza 2 for the other... not sure how the same size pizzas take up different number of boxes.
