Usually love this burrito. However was very disappointed today with my food. Rice is all hard and make this meal nasty. Taste... is not what it normally is. Getting very discourage with take out food, prices have gone up food quality has gone down. Use tobe my go to, now I won?t be back!! Read more
Usually a favourite of mine, but after my experience today, it no longer is. Staff is very unorganized and the wait is far too... long for 2 burritos when there is a staff of 3 working. There was only one other person ahead of me waiting for their order too.When it came to the toppings, they were not very generous like previous visits. Two girls working this noon over here seems like haven?t trained well by the owner. Standing here for more than 35 mins for just... a single veggie burrito. Even the store is not busy it?s just me and one more guy who has been waiting for his order of wafflefor almost 45 mins. I showed up at 1140 on Aug 4... Served beans that had to be left from last night, could see the old dry beans... Then I asked... for noodles.. also leftovers, but way less then the beans as she was able to get maybe 4 noodles...I normally suggest your storeto people but after this experience definitely going to have to stop that. Maybe if the worker wasn't talking on her phone shecould have made some beans or noodles. Previous trip.... Great portion ..but all steak on top side and all toppings on thebottom. I've been a loyal customer here for about 3 years and over the past 12 months, I have seen not only the quality of the craft... decrease but the staff efforts go downhill too. Gloves on both hands is seldom and masks off or below the nose in the cook andprep area are common until they make eye contact with a customer. My drive home is less then 2 minutes and my most recentburrito was an absolute mess. The last few visits have resulted in tears and holes, remedied by a new wrap instead of remaking.Again, quick fixes are often resulted when they see that I have noticed. When I come to Barrie I always stop in for a Huge Steak Burrito, its worth the price, and the portion is like the name says... Huge. The staff is nice and friendly and ordering online is quick and easy and you get to skip the line when you arrive if youhave paid in advance I recommend this location ???? This was a five star place ... Down to 3 stars. The picture shows a large bowl on the left and a small bowl on the right ...... Effectively we paid more for a large bowl and got the same quantity of food as the small bowl. The first several times we wentthe quantity of food was better and the quality of service too. This visit where the large bowl was shorted (imo) the serverseemed distracted and had a very hard time communicating; she didn't have any positive customer service at all. We will givethis location another shot as the first several visits were positive - I'll update the review again after that. Read more
Small little location with massive flavour and excellent service. Ordered a baked chicken burrito and was made to perfection.... The girl who made the burrito was extremely patient with my indecisiveness. Will recommend to anyone in the area! Organic tofu!Must have if you are vegetarian and looking for something other than just bean and cheese. They do have a lil sitting area,offer good quantity and quality of burritos. This is a great place to have burritos!! I ordered a takeaway and the burritos wereawesome in taste. We ordered quesadilla as well - that was good too. Portions was good in size and $ was reasonable. The staffwas really good and prepared the food with care. The place was nice and clean and you may sit and eat by following covidmeasures. I recommend this place to have burritos.
